It's a Seussical Day!!!
We celebrated Dr. Seuss's Birthday, he would have been 107 years old! We learned who Dr. Seuss is and we read many books that Dr. Seuss wrote:
- The Cat and the Hat
- Ten Apples Up on Top
- The Foot Book
- The ABC Book (we even got to make our own ABC book with stamps afterwards).
We added green food coloring to eggs to make green eggs, and boy were they yummy! We did lots of fun crafts related to our theme. The letter of the week was "P". We practiced the sound that "P" makes and some of us practiced writing the letter "P" along with "P" words!
